The Department of Tourism is organizing an amateur photography contest on the theme of the City of Cannes.

The best photographs will be published in the magazine What/Where/When 2009 Cannes. Each photographer must submit one photo of the destination.

The photographs will be selected by the magazine’s editorial committee on the basis of originality and aesthetic criteria.
Each photograph published will be rewarded with a gift certificate worth €100 for authors’ rights for the amateur photographers concerned.
